Do you have minimum orders?

Our minimum order volume is currently 10 units. However, remember that the prices differ depending on quantity.

How do I get a quote?

You can contact us either by call/WhatsApp or email. Whatever way you decide to contact us, rest assured we’ll get back to you quickly with a quote and loads of advice.

Can I provide my own items for printing?

We provide print only services with a minimum order volume of 30 units. You can check with us about the material to make sure it goes well with the printing technique that suits you best. 

How long until I receive a quote?

We can offer a quote immediately via a call/WhatsApp. If you email us, it should not take longer than an hour.

What format should I sent my artwork in?

We require artwork to be in at least 300dpi, preferably in PSD,AI or PDF format. You can also forward the files in Jpeg, Png or Gif format.

What is your turnaround time?

Our turn around time is 5 to 10 working days. We can provide an express service with no extra charges which involves a turn around time of 2 to 3 working days. If your stated deadline is within four days, we will be in contact within minutes to discuss and advise you on your specific situation.

Can you deliver my order at a specific time?

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to guarantee a specific delivery time due to tight schedule.

Do I have to be present to collect the order?

Yes. To ensure order is well received. Don't worry though, we will inform you of the delivery date in advance so you can make the necessary arrangements.
