How to Prepare Your Artwork for T-Shirt Printing

Follow these simple steps to ensure your class tee design looks exactly as you imagined!
 

1. Choose the Right File Format

To get a sharp, crisp print, the format of your file matters most.

• Best (Vector): .AI, .EPS, .PDF. These can be scaled to any size without losing quality. (Ideal for Silkscreen, DTF and Embroidery).

• Good (High-Res): .PNG (with transparent background) or .PSD.

• Avoid: Small .JPG files, screenshots, or photos of hand-drawn sketches.
   

2. Resolution is Key

If you are sending a PNG or JPG, ensure it is 300 DPI. If your image looks blurry on your phone screen, it will look even blurrier when printed on a shirt.
 

3. Font Requirements

If your design has tiny text, please ensure:

• Minimum Font Size: 12pt for clear legibility.

• Outline Your Fonts: If using Illustrator, go to Type > Create Outlines so we don't need to have your specific font installed on our computers.
   

4. Colour Matching (Pantone)

While we try our best to match what you see on your screen, every monitor displays colours differently. For exact brand or class colours, please provide the Pantone (PMS) Colour Code.
