Custom Embroidery Singapore — Polo Shirts, Caps, and Corporate Apparel

Embroidery is the preferred finishing for corporate apparel in Singapore. A logo stitched directly into a polo shirt or cap looks and feels unmistakably premium. It doesn't fade, crack, or peel — and it signals quality in a way a printed logo simply can't replicate.
What Is Embroidery?
Custom embroidery uses a computerised machine to stitch your design directly into the fabric using thread. Unlike printing methods that apply ink to the surface, embroidery creates a textured, three-dimensional finish that's part of the garment itself.
The result is durable, refined, and resistant to washing. Many corporate clients choose embroidery for uniforms and polo shirts precisely because the branding holds up through repeated, heavy use.
Best Garments for Embroidery
Polo shirts — the classic corporate embroidery garment. Logo on the left chest.
Caps — front panel embroidery for events, staff uniforms, and branded merchandise.
Tote bags — canvas tote bags with embroidered logos are a premium alternative to printed bags.
Jackets and windbreakers — embroidery holds up particularly well on outerwear.
Button-up shirts — for a more formal corporate uniform.
Logo Suitability — What Works in Embroidery
Works well:
Bold logos with clear, solid shapes. Logos with distinct letter forms, simple icons, or strong geometric elements.
May need simplification:
Logos with very fine lines, small text (below approximately 5mm), gradients, or photographic elements. Embroidery can't reproduce a gradient — each thread is a single colour.
When you submit your artwork, our team will assess whether your logo is embroidery-ready. If simplification is needed, we'll advise you specifically on what needs adjusting — before any commitment is made.
Pricing for Embroidery
Reference price: From S$11/pc for logo-size embroidery on a cotton t-shirt at 30 pieces, 1 position.
Embroidery pricing is also affected by stitch count. A larger or more detailed logo uses more stitches and takes longer to produce. A one-time digitisation fee applies for the first order with a new logo.
Minimum Order and Turnaround
Minimum order: 10 pieces.
Standard turnaround: 5–10 working days from artwork approval.
Express turnaround: 2–3 working days, at no extra charge for most orders.
