Minimum Order and Quantities
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum orders vary by printing method. Silkscreen: 20 pieces. DTF: 5 pieces. Embroidery: 10 pieces. DTG: 100 pieces. Print-only (you supply the blanks): 30 pieces.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. You can mix sizes (XS through 3XL) within a single order, and the total quantity is what counts toward the minimum. No extra charge for size mixing.
Turnaround Time
How long does custom t-shirt printing take?
Standard production is 5–10 working days from artwork approval. Express service is 2–3 working days with no extra charge. Production starts after you approve the digital mockup — get your artwork to us early if you have a deadline.
Do you offer rush or express printing?
Yes. Our express service takes 2–3 working days and is offered at no extra charge for most orders. WhatsApp us with your deadline and we'll confirm before you commit.
Artwork and File Formats
What file format do I need?
Preferred formats are PSD, AI, or PDF at minimum 300 dpi. JPEG, PNG, and GIF are also accepted. Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) are ideal for silkscreen and embroidery.
Can I print a full-colour photo on a t-shirt?
Yes. DTF and DTG printing both handle full-colour, photo-realistic artwork. For best results, the photo should be 300 dpi or higher at print size. For dark garments, DTF gives the best colour vibrancy.
Printing Methods
What is the difference between silkscreen and DTF printing?
Silkscreen uses mesh screens to press ink onto fabric — most cost-effective for 30+ pieces with simple designs (1–4 solid colours). DTF prints full-colour artwork onto a film that's heat-pressed onto the garment — no minimum order, handles complex designs. For a full comparison, see our printing methods guide.
Which method is best for a CCA or school t-shirt order?
Silkscreen is the most common and cost-effective choice for 20 or more pieces with a simple logo and text design. For smaller quantities (from 5 pieces) or more detailed artwork, DTF is a great alternative.
Sampling and Quality
Can I see a sample before the full order is produced?
Yes. We provide a digital mockup for every order — showing exactly how your design will look on the garment — before a single piece goes to print. For large or complex orders, a physical pre-production sample may also be arranged.
What happens if I'm not happy with the print quality?
We have a multi-stage QA process — including pre-production design review, Pantone verification, and wash and durability testing. If a completed order has a quality issue on our end, we will rectify it.
Delivery and Payment
Do you deliver islandwide?
Yes. Free delivery is included with every completed order, islandwide. No minimum spend for delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and PayNow. Payment details are provided with your order confirmation.
Special Groups
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
Yes. Registered nonprofit organisations and charities are eligible for discounted pricing on volume orders.
