Can we order tees and tote bags together for a school CCA?

Yes. Many CCAs and school groups order both in the same enquiry. Let us know everything you need in your first message and we will quote the full order together.

Can we add individual names to each shirt?

Yes. Individual names and numbers can be added via vinyl or DTF printing. The cost per piece increases slightly for personalisation.

Do you deliver class tee orders to schools?

Yes. We deliver islandwide including to schools. Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.

Are your t-shirt printing prices inclusive of GST?

All prices are quoted without GST. Provision Print is not GST-registered, so there is no GST to add.

How much does custom t-shirt printing cost in Singapore?

Reference prices at 30 pieces: silkscreen from S$8/pc (1 colour, 1 position), DTF from S$9.50/pc (A4 size, 1 position), embroidery from S$11/pc (logo size, 1 position). Final price depends on quantity, print positions, colours, and garment type.

Can I mix printing methods in one order?

Yes, in most cases. For example, you could have a silkscreen print on the chest and a vinyl name on the back. Let us know your requirements and we'll advise.

Which printing method lasts the longest?

Embroidery and dye sublimation are the most durable. Embroidery is stitched thread; dye sublimation embeds ink in the fabric. Silkscreen is also very durable when properly cared for.

Can I see a sample before the full order?

Yes. We provide a digital mockup for every order before production begins. For large orders, a physical sample may be arranged.

What file format do I need for my artwork?

PSD, AI, or PDF at minimum 300 dpi is preferred. JPEG, PNG, and GIF are also accepted. We'll let you know if any adjustments are needed.

Which printing methods work on dark-coloured fabric?

DTF, dye sublimation (on dark polyester), heat transfer, and vinyl all work well on dark fabrics. Silkscreen can also print on dark fabric with an additional white underbase layer.

Direct to Film printing — DTF — has become one of the most popular custom printing methods in Singapore. Full-colour prints, no minimum order, works on dark fabrics, and no pre-treatment needed.

What Is DTF Printing?

DTF stands for Direct to Film. Your artwork is printed onto a special clear film using a full-colour digital printer, then a hot-melt adhesive powder is applied and cured. The finished transfer is heat-pressed directly onto your garment.

The result is a full-colour, detailed print with a slight texture you can feel on the fabric. It adheres firmly to the garment surface and holds up well through washing when properly cared for.

Why DTF Is Rising in Popularity

No pre-treatment needed — DTF skips the pre-treatment step required by DTG on dark fabrics.
Works on dark and coloured fabrics — vibrant colours even on black, navy, or dark red garments.
Full colour, including gradients — any artwork that comes out of a computer can be DTF printed.
Low minimum order — with a minimum of just 5 pieces, DTF is ideal for small runs and samples.

From S$9.50/pc for an A4-size DTF print on a cotton t-shirt at 30 pieces, 1 position.

For smaller quantities, the price per piece is higher. For larger quantities, it comes down. DTF is particularly cost-competitive for orders of 1–50 pieces where silkscreen setup costs would otherwise dominate.

When to Choose DTF

DTF is the right call when:

Your design is full-colour, has gradients, or is a photograph
You're ordering fewer than 30 pieces (or even just 1)
You're printing on a dark-coloured garment
You want a detailed, fine-line design that silkscreen can't reproduce accurately
You need individual personalisation (names, numbers) across pieces in the same order

DTF vs. DTG — What's the Difference?

Both DTF and DTG produce full-colour prints. The key difference: DTG prints directly onto the garment (requiring pre-treatment for dark fabrics, works best on 100% cotton). DTF prints onto film first, then transfers — no pre-treatment, works on most fabric types including dri-fit and dark colours.

For most customer requirements in Singapore — especially dark fabrics, non-cotton materials, or small runs — DTF gives better results with less hassle.
