Can we order tees and tote bags together for a school CCA?

Yes. Many CCAs and school groups order both in the same enquiry. Let us know everything you need in your first message and we will quote the full order together.

Can we add individual names to each shirt?

Yes. Individual names and numbers can be added via vinyl or DTF printing. The cost per piece increases slightly for personalisation.

Do you deliver class tee orders to schools?

Yes. We deliver islandwide including to schools. Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.

Are your t-shirt printing prices inclusive of GST?

All prices are quoted without GST. Provision Print is not GST-registered, so there is no GST to add.

Embroidery and dye sublimation are the most durable. Embroidery is stitched thread; dye sublimation embeds ink in the fabric. Silkscreen is also very durable when properly cared for.

Can I see a sample before the full order?

Yes. We provide a digital mockup for every order before production begins. For large orders, a physical sample may be arranged.

What file format do I need for my artwork?

PSD, AI, or PDF at minimum 300 dpi is preferred. JPEG, PNG, and GIF are also accepted. We'll let you know if any adjustments are needed.

What Affects Your Price

1. Quantity

More pieces means a lower cost per piece. For silkscreen especially, the price drops meaningfully at higher quantities.

2. Number of print colours (silkscreen)

Each colour in a silkscreen design requires its own screen. A 1-colour design costs less than a 3-colour design at the same quantity. DTF and DTG are full-colour by nature — colour count doesn't add to their cost.

3. Number of print positions

A single chest print is the base. Adding a back print, sleeve print, or collar print each adds to the cost.

4. Garment type

The blank garment is priced separately from the printing. A cotton tee costs less than a dri-fit polo or a windbreaker.

5. Express turnaround

Standard production is 5–10 working days. Express service (2–3 working days) is available at no extra charge for most orders.

Can I Supply My Own Blanks?

Yes. If you have your own garments you'd like us to print on, we offer a print-only service. The minimum order for print-only is 30 pieces.
